Tracy Cook
Tracy “TC” Cook, a dedicated community leader and accomplished executive, has officially declared his Republican candidacy for the position of Daviess County Commissioner, District 1. A devout Christian, TC is a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He regularly preaches and speaks at various churches in Daviess, Knox, and Dubois County.
With nearly four years of service on the Chamber of Commerce board, including two years as president, TC brings a wealth of experience in fostering economic growth and community collaboration. As the Executive Director of the PowerHouse Teen Center for over four years, TC has demonstrated effective leadership, successfully expanding programs, and spearheading a new building campaign to enhance community resources.
A steadfast advocate for fiscal responsibility, TC pledges to work hard at not increasing taxes, aiming to ensure financial stability while supporting essential community services. His commitment to effective leadership and fiscal prudence reflects his vision for a thriving Daviess County.
Married to Amber for 18 years and a proud parent of two children, TC understands the importance of creating a Daviess County where people not only live but also flourish. His campaign slogan, “A Daviess County where people want to live, work, and grow,” encapsulates his vision for a vibrant and welcoming community.
